Digital Content Disclaimer

Due to the proprietary nature of our FCPS Question Bank and the immediate delivery of clinical data upon purchase, all sales of the “Full Access” plan are considered final. We do not offer “change of mind” refunds once the digital content has been accessed.

1. Trial Availability

To ensure total transparency, we offer the FCPS – Trial Question Bank at no cost. This allows candidates to experience our simulator and review the clinical explanations before upgrading. We strongly recommend all users utilize the trial version first.

2. Technical Errors

If a technical error on our platform prevents you from accessing your purchased content, our support team will resolve the issue within 48 hours. If the issue is found to be permanent and on our end, a full refund may be processed.

3. Duplicate Billing

Accidental duplicate charges caused by payment gateway errors will be reversed immediately upon verification of the transaction IDs.
