This policy outlines the terms governing refunds, cancellations, and eligibility for FocusMedLearn subscriptions.

No Refund Policy

All purchases on FocusMedLearn are final and non-refundable once access to digital content has been granted. We strongly encourage users to explore the free trial before subscribing to ensure the platform meets their requirements.

Digital Content Policy

FocusMedLearn provides immediate access to digital educational content upon successful payment. Due to the nature of digital services, all content is considered delivered at the time of activation and is therefore not eligible for return or refund.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment for the same account.
  • Technical issue preventing access (reported within 3 days).
  • Accidental renewal within 48 hours of billing.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Lack of usage or engagement.
  • Internet/device issues on user side.

Refund Request Process

All refund requests must be submitted to info@focusmedlearn.com within 3 days of purchase.

Requests must include:

  • Full name
  • Registered email address
  • Date of transaction
  • Payment reference or transaction ID

All requests are reviewed, and a response is provided within 5–7 working days.

Subscription Cancellations

Users may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Access to paid content will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which access will be automatically discontinued.
