FocusMedLearn accounts are for individual use only. Our system monitors concurrent logins and IP patterns. Any account found to be shared, resold, or accessed by multiple users will be permanently terminated without notice or refund.

1. Unlimited Access Scope

“Unlimited Access” refers to the right of a single candidate to access the current FocusMedLearn question bank for the duration of the candidate’s preparation period. It does not imply ownership of the software or the right to redistribute clinical content in any format.

2. Intellectual Property

All MCQs, clinical explanations, and the “Accuracy Meter” interface are the exclusive property of FocusMedLearn. Unauthorized reproduction or “scraping” of our database is a violation of international copyright laws and data protection regulations.

3. Clinical Accuracy Disclaimer

The content provided is strictly based on standard medical syllabi and established examination patterns. However, as medical knowledge is constantly evolving, FocusMedLearn provides these tools “as is” and does not guarantee specific examination results or professional certification.
